configuration.txt has incorrect information about web.port

Reading through the docs/configuration.txt file there is a specific error which incorrectly identifies web.port as the place to edit the port specification for the webapi. I believe there are other similar errors, but somebody more knowledgeable that I should fix them.

the trunk version of the docs -- perhaps it should point to the prod version. [17:26]
