Description
Decorator 5.0.1 has been released, and it has dropped Python 2.7 compatibility. Tahoe-LAFS uses it by way of pytest-twisted, so CI is broke with this message:
Collecting decorator (from pytest-twisted->tahoe-lafs==1.14.0.post3092) Downloading https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/a7/b7/c6e2e28d28bcabebbdf2d470224978927bd965c3656c5740e907a9fca27c/decorator-5.0.1-py2.py3-none-any.whl ERROR: decorator requires Python '>=3.5' but the running Python is 2.7.18
