Description

There is a checklist for issuing a new Tahoe-LAFS release:

It is a bit out of date, though. For example, it has an item for updating freshmeat (defunct for many years).

Refresh this checklist with an eye towards enabling more folks to help out to make a Tahoe-LAFS release.
