I haven't seen this recently, and we fixed a bunch of race conditions in the tests.

I have seen this error twice, but it usually doesn't happen. Note that nothing is printed by the test before it hangs. This is at commit https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/commit/36680042d3114e5474f090eae47df0df7a9d2b06.
