Description
There's an incoherent set of builders which consists of those on the "All" waterfall, but missing from the "Supported" waterfall.
The devs *do* care about analyzing build results and fixing the resulting problems for *some* of these, whereas others are completely noise (such as CentOS 5 builders), and perhaps others are in some intermediate no-man's land.
Let's move the ones we care about into "Supported", and remove the noise from "All" (see #2308).

I've culled the AWOL builders, and sorted everything else into supported and unsupported. This should be cleaned up now.
