The WUI currently offers "SDMF" or "MDMF (experimental)" as options. The default is SDMF. I propose that , while we leave the default as "SDMF", we remove the "(experimental)" from MDMF, now that it has stood the test of time.

Also search the code-base and docs and Web-User-Interface ("WUI") for any other description of MDMF as being "experimental" or "new" or anything like that, and fix those mentions as well.

Hm, while we are at it, if the UI offers a choice of two things, users will want to know what the difference is and why they would choose one or the other. Maybe we should remove "(experimental)" and replace it with "(newer, more scalable file format)" ?

I'm not sure that it really is more scalable in the current implementation, which stores the whole share in memory.

We're going to kick this out of 1.11 into 1.12, leaving the "experimental" flag on MDMF for now. To remove it, we'll do a manual review of the test cases (in test_mutable.Update) and make sure they cover all the corner cases.
