Description

The ​crate.io package stats show a drop-off to 0 of downloads for allmydata-tahoe from PyPI between May and June.

Investigate if there was a packaging issue causing an availability outage, and if so, take steps to prevent that mistake in the future.

I checked with the crate.io maintainer and they turned off the download counting feature during that period. Closing this ticket.
