build noise due to setuptools_darcs, which should have been removed

This is confusing me because the warning comes from setuptools_darcs (here​), which was removed in [2cccc1a3df85c40ef43a6f6f51df480c77bd918a/trunk].

setuptools_darcs must be installed on Randy's FreeBSD system.

Ah yes, there it is listed in the show-tool-versions step.
