Description

The build log https://tahoe-lafs.org/buildbot-tahoe-lafs/builders/Randy%20FreeBSD-amd64/builds/229/steps/test/logs/stdio has the following line of noise (I've also pasted the preceding and following lines for context):

writing entry points to src/allmydata_tahoe.egg-info/entry_points.txt
Unable to execute darcs -- if you are building a package with 'setup.py sdist', 'setup.py bdist_egg', or other package-building commands, then the resulting package might be missing some files. If you are not building a package then you can ignore this warning.
reading manifest file 'src/allmydata_tahoe.egg-info/SOURCES.txt'

This is confusing me because the warning comes from setuptools_darcs (here), which was removed in [2cccc1a3df85c40ef43a6f6f51df480c77bd918a/trunk].

  • Resolution set to invalid
  • Status changed from new to closed

setuptools_darcs must be installed on Randy's FreeBSD system.

Ah yes, there it is listed in the show-tool-versions step.
