Description

See github ​pull request #20.

Although this refers to a storage that has a public portal (see #389 and ​lafs-rpg), this patch is for localhost wui of an operator with write permissions. What it provides is permalinks to the same object on the public portal.

Only active if there's a public_root settings for [client] cfg.

After understanding (see ​pull request 21) that pretty soon there won't be a need for something like lafs-rpg, I see no point in merging this into the mainstream (although people "in my condition" are welcome to apply the patch). Closing this. Cheers.
