WUI lacks ability to check how directory was created

It is not possible to check was directory created as SDMF or MDMF 'View directory' doesn't show 'More info on this directory' also doesn't show

I was needed this information when trying to check why #1672 and #1669 happens (may be directory in fact in MDMF) but was unable to obtain it. After that short discussion followed:
