I'm on a satellite connection

I'm moving, and most likely I'll have two of my computers on a connection with 
a public IP address, while the bigger box that has the storage node 
"hennatoes" will come here. The bad news is that the IPv4 address is in shared 
address space. The good news is that I'll have a static IPv6 address. Can 
tahoe handle this?
