Someone interested in the source code of zfec? Come in Please

After do some test about the zfec,I have some problem,The zfec is based on the Vandermonde matrix,so I think it'll construct a Vandermonde matrix in the fec_new() function,but I print some matrix and cant not find the Vandermonde matrix.can someone tell me why or where I can find some  about how to construt the matrix in the zfec in detail.
