[tahoe-dev] UnhappinessError on volunteer grid

P.S. This is yet another example of the "Shares of Happiness" feature
doing its job and alerting the user to their data being in a situation
which is unacceptably fragile (according to the user's own
specification of how much fault-tolerance they require). "Shares of
Happiness" was implemented by Kevan Carstensen in Tahoe-LAFS v1.7. Way
to go, Kevan!
