Presumably your two servers are among the 4 which placed some shares.
However, to satisfy your servers-of-happiness requirement you would
have to place shares on at least two more servers. Apparently only 4
of the servers on the volunteergrid have available space at this time.

Someone really needs to implement this ticket:

http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/648# collect server
capacities and put them on the welcome page, output of 'df' for SFTP,
etc.
