    1 [The changelog https://pypi.python.org/pypi/zope.interface/4.0.1] says that the `implements(...)` syntax was deprecated in zope.interface version 4.0.0.
     1[https://pypi.python.org/pypi/zope.interface/4.0.1 The changelog] says that the `@implementer` syntax was added in zope.interface version 3.6.0 (which Tahoe-LAFS already depends on), and that the `implements(...)` syntax was deprecated in version 4.0.0.
