The following new utilities in https://github.com/davidsarah/tahoe-lafs/commit/7671b3e33f0c91e764fb869175ff85f0389c38d1 require tests:
- HookMixin
- async_iterate
- for_items
(WaitForDelayedCalls is tested.)
