    1 Several of the buildslaves don't have sufficiently up-to-date installations of setuptools, which causes them to fail the "install-egg" stage (after building correctly).
     1Several of the buildslaves don't have our 'zetuptoolz' fork of setuptools installed, which causes them to fail the "install-egg" stage (after building correctly). zetuptoolz reports itself as setuptools >= 0.6c9.
