How to use munin plugins in tahoe

in tahoe_disktotal I read that "The plugin should be configured with env_url= pointing at the  diskwatcher.tac webport.",I don'tunderstand very much ,where to configure the env_url and how to use diskwatcher.tac? Can someone give me some help?
