Today we continued to review my patch for ticket 1382 [1][2]. Most of the
proposed changes were concise and can be viewed as comments on the branch.

Zooko would eventually like to talk about using XSalsa20+AES-128 for
encryption, or possibly using ChaCha instead [3]. If you think that would
be a cool topic for dev chat, you should bug Zooko :)
