I did this yesterday using the command:

tahoe deep-check --add-lease --verbose my-alias

Run #1 reported:

done: 11827 objects checked, 11796 healthy, 31 unhealthy

Run #2 reported:

done: 11827 objects checked, 11772 healthy, 55 unhealthy

In the verbose output from the command, I see the following that may be 
of interest:
