I have Visual Studio 8 Express installed and ML64.exe is there. I did run "G:\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\vcvarsall.bat" before running "python setup.py build". Should that have built it?

"[a] strict observance of the written law is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to the written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the ends to the means."

Thanks for the report. I've built the necessary dependencies for 32-bit Windows, but need someone to build Twisted and pycryptopp for 64-bit Windows. We'll try to have that done that by tomorrow.
