[tahoe-dev] Introducing "Nilestore"

from the user point of view there is nothing in fact Nilestore implements a
subset features of Tahoe but, the purpose of that project was firstly to
understand how to build a distributed storage system and to check whether if
i can do it in Java using Component model framework or not and also to check
whether if i can give a better performance or not.

finally it's a seed and i didn't settled yet on the scope of the work beyond
the implemented features.
