Dear marlowe:

Whoo! I love this. Thank you for writing the Tahoe-LAFS Weekly News.
Here are a handful of suggestions:

1. Tell us what is the deadline for submitting news stories. E.g:
Friday at midnight in marlowe's time zone. I had at least one news
item I was going to suggest that you include, but I hadn't gotten
around to mentioning it to you. A regular (same time every week)
deadline would remind me to do that.

2. Tell us the best way to submit news stories. I had originally
thought "email them to marlowe", but now that I think about it, how
about: "post to tahoe-dev and flag them as newsworthy". Hm, let's
see... in order to flag a news item submission, I propose that the
submitter post to tahoe-dev about the subject, saying "And by the way
I think this subject is Tahoe-LAFS Weekly Newsworthy", and that they
*also* email marlowe directly asking him to look at that thread.

3. Please notice that I created a wiki page:
http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/wiki/TahoeLAFSWeeklyNews

4. Maybe post the TWN1 to tahoe-lafs-weekly-news mailing list just so
it appears in the mailing list archives for historical completeness.
