[tahoe-dev] Tahoe 1.8.2 installation error on Window XP 32bit

Hi,
I was following the exact instruction on
http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/wiki/AdvancedInstall#point9.4. I got
below error while I tried to install 1.8.2 release on Window XP 32bit. Is
there anything I missed here?
