This is perhaps a misleading statement. The "special interpretation"
includes an added layer of decryption. Probably that statement should
just be struck from wiki:Capabilities.

That's kind of a strange error message. If it is as strange as it
looks from here, will you please open a ticket about the error
message?

Change the URI from URI:DIR2etc. to URI:SSKetc.
