Have you tried uploading it through the Web UI? Or with tahoe cp?
Those options may not place it in the right place in your directory tree,
but that's okay. If you can get the content uploaded once, the fact that
Tahoe immutable file uploads are idempotent will mean that you can then do
the FTP and it will be fast. Your Tahoe node will note that the file you're
uploading is already in the grid and will not need to actually perform the
upload again, just add an appropriate directory entry to reference it.
