[tahoe-dev] Upload not appear on Active operations (Was: what if nodes failed during upload?)

I'm not using helper in this case. When I use helper, status on node
Active operations is the same (I see nothing in active operations),
but on helper is everything OK (I see active operation while fetching,
encoding and pushing shares here).

And yes - I'm uploading.
