[tahoe-dev] Upload not appear on Active operations (Was: what if nodes failed during upload?)

Zooko,

I captured my screen just when Tahoe is processing large file upload
(~600MB). As you see, web interface shows no action, but network
monitor shows that there is active file upload. I think it is a bug.

By the way, I tried to confirm my email in Trac, but still no mail
arrived for two hours.
