[tahoe-dev] Multiple introducers

The patches are in Trac right now
(http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/68), last I heard they
still need review. If you try it out and it works okay for you, you
should leave a note to that effect on the bug. :)
