Well, first I think we should have a conversation about it on the
mailing list to come up with ideas and learn what each other are
thinking, then we should make a web page like this one:
http://www.netbsd.org/contrib/soc-projects.html

But yes, we definitely should use the issue tickets to track specific
tasks that we intend to do or are doing or have done. So I guess we
should do that in addition to the web page described above and
cross-link the tickets and the web page.
