Excellent! Thank you very much. Once this is more fully baked we
probably should include it in our source tree, perhaps under contrib
[1], misc/coding_tools [2], or misc/awesome_weird_stuff [3]. Will you
please put at the top of each file the following text:

That way Peter Secor, who currently owns all the copyrights for the
Tahoe-LAFS source code, can relicense them under the Tahoe-LAFS
licences and we can include them in the source tree. (Of course you
licensing it like that means Peter or anyone else can redistribute
your files under non-Free licences too.)

That's not gonna last long. Knowing Perl makes you highly susceptible
to becoming infected with Python skills.

Known issue: #27 (twistd doesn't daemonize on windows). I'm not sure
what the work-around for you should be.
