Okay, I'll promote #644 (build debs for hardy-amd64 for all our libs  
such as zfec) to "required" for tahoe-1.3.1.  Hopefully someone will  
implement #422 (program buildbots to build .debs) so that I won't  
have to do #644 manually.  :-)
