Can you add pycryptopp-0.5.14 to
http://allmydata.org/source/tahoe/deps/tahoe-deps/ ?

setup.py looks there before checking pypi, and gets 0.5.13 from that
page. This breaks the build on my (now unmodified) windows buildslave.
