Comment:

 Okay, I guess once Brian releases {{{foolscap-0.4.2}}} then Tahoe should
 require {{{foolscap >= 0.4.2}}}.  We could also leave the requirement as-
 is ({{{foolscap >= 0.4.1}}}) since for most people (who don't have too
 many interfaces) that older version of foolscap already works fine.
