Just a quick update on the 1.3.0 release: Zooko is hard at
work on the immutable-checker-repairer project, and everything else is
in place. We've got a webapi mechanism for check, repair, deep-check,
and deep-check-and-repair, with both human-oriented HTML and
machine-oriented JSON output. A number of packaging improvements that
we wanted for 1.3.0 are done: dependent libraries have been moved out
of the source tree and into a separately-downloadable tarball (bringing
the size of the tahoe source tarball down to about 2MB compressed, and
a darcs checkout [without history] down to 7.6MB), a lot of the gnarly
platform-dependent code from the Makefile has been rewritten in python
and moved into setup.py, and more detailed install information has been
added to the http://allmydata.org/trac/tahoe/wiki/InstallDetails wiki
page.

Personally, I'll be working on post-1.3.0 features (like #466
signed/extensible introducer announcements) and also whatever small
usability improvements I can get done before Zooko finishes the
immutable-repairer (like #515 CLI controls for check/repair).
